P & K will establish a U.S. Bank account for you, where it manages your funds as its role as your representative payee.

What card company does P & K use?

P & K uses True Link for its representative-payee card service. The card can be used to distribute spending funds; the benefits themselves are managed through the representative-payee arrangement.

What should I do if I lose my debit card?

Call P & K as soon as possible so a replacement card can be requested. P & K estimates that card replacement takes three to five business days. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee; contact P & K for current fees and timing.
